On June 16, Delegation No. 2 of the Provincial People's Council led by Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, Head of Delegation No. 2 - had a meeting with voters in Nghia Thuan commune before the 4th session of the 20th Provincial People's Council, term 2026 - 2031.
At the meeting, representatives of Delegation No. 2 of the Provincial People's Council informed voters about the results of the second and third sessions of the 20th Provincial People's Council; expected contents, program of the fourth session and main contents of draft resolutions to be considered and approved at the session.
At the same time, voters were also informed about the socio-economic development situation, national defense and security of Tuyen Quang province in the first 6 months of the year and key tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2026.
Voters in Nghia Thuan commune expressed their agreement and highly appreciated the socio-economic development results of the province in the past time. At the same time, they proposed to the Provincial People's Council Delegation a number of contents such as: considering changing the source of rice to serve boarding students to ensure nutritional quality; supporting cement to repair and upgrade rural traffic routes.
Some opinions also proposed to study raising the allowance level for non-specialized workers and people participating in activities in villages and residential groups; soon allocate capital for national target programs; supplement human resources and equipment for commune health stations.
On behalf of Delegation No. 2 of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Trieu Tai Phong exchanged and clarified some contents under his authority. For the remaining recommendations, the Delegation will fully receive and summarize them to transfer to functional agencies for consideration and settlement according to regulations.
The Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation also requested levels and sectors to pay attention to promptly resolving issues reflected by voters, meeting the legitimate aspirations of the people.
