Attending the program were Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Duong The Vung - Chairman of the Mao Khe Ward Trade Union, along with representatives of business leaders and trade union members.
At the ceremony, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation on recognizing the grassroots Trade Union of Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Co., Ltd., directly under the Mao Khe Ward Trade Union from January 9, 2026; and at the same time recognized 31 trade union members of the company.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation also announced the Decision recognizing the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2025-2030, including 3 comrades. Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Hong Nam was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. To Xuan Thao, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, congratulated the grassroots Trade Union of Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Co., Ltd. on its official establishment; and at the same time requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon develop regulations and operating programs suitable to the specific characteristics of the enterprise, focusing on effectively performing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The establishment of the Trade Union of Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Co., Ltd. is of great significance, contributing to enhancing the role of trade union organizations in enterprises, accompanying workers and employers, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 Tet Nguyen Dan Binh Ngo 2026 gifts to 10 trade union members of the company, showing the concern and care of the trade union organization for workers during Tet and Spring.
