Faced with that situation, the grassroots trade union has had specific and practical solutions suitable to the situation at the Company. Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh, Chairwoman of the Company's Grassroots Trade Union, said: Before implementation, there must be a clear roadmap and take employees as the focus to listen to and collect their opinions through many different channels. Ms. Hanh shared: "It is necessary to consider the feasibility when proposing aspirations, compare with the level of equivalent businesses, from many perspectives from employees and businesses. Regarding the Collective Labor Agreement of the Company and Hwaseung Rach Gia Grassroots Trade Union, when consulting on the draft, it created high consensus among employees and when implemented, employees were very excited because there are many clauses that are more beneficial than the provisions of law.
Specifically, Ms. Hanh informed that the periodic salary increase regime, each level is 1 year apart, the minimum difference between levels is 2.5%, both encouraging employees to enthusiastically produce and increasing salaries for social insurance contributions over the years. The salary increase adjustment is based on the basic salary level, position allowance and responsibility allowance of December immediately preceding the previous year. Skill allowances, work allowances and seniority allowances, child support allowances, living allowances, travel allowances, and attendance bonuses are included in the agreement.
The 13th month salary bonus and Company Establishment Day gifts; The issuance of uniforms, support for visiting employees; Outside of the prescribed amounts, employees of the company when getting married are entitled to 5 days of leave (the law stipulates 3 days); Every month, female employees receive a gift from the employer.
