News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on November 16 said: The Da Nang Hospital Trade Union solemnly organizes the 16th Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.
Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation; Dr. Le Duc Nhan, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Hospital, and 150 official delegates, representing nearly 2,000 union members in the entire hospital.
The Congress comprehensively assessed the results of trade union activities in the past term, emulation movements are increasingly in-depth; the work of caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers has been effectively implemented; the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, innovation and humanity has spread strongly among all union members.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Da Nang Hospital Trade Union has identified the goal of "Innovation - Professional - Humanistic - Towards the satisfaction of patients and workers", continuing to promote its core role in emulation movements, improving service quality, accompanying the government to build a hospital to develop strongly, worthy of being a reliable medical address for the Central - Central Highlands region.
At the Congress, delegates elected the 16th Executive Committee of the 16th Trade Union, consisting of 15 people, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Chairman of the 15th Trade Union, to continue to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the 16th Da Nang Hospital Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, requested the Executive Committee of the 16th Trade Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, closely link with professional tasks, better care for union members' lives, promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, contribute to building Da Nang Hospital to develop strongly, towards the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.
Also at the Congress, Dr. Le Duc Nhan, Party Secretary and Director of Da Nang Hospital, emphasized: in the context of the Hospital gradually moving towards the goal of becoming a specialized multi-center hospital and a special-class hospital, the Trade Union organization needs to continue to promote its role as a solid bridge between the Party - government - workers, accompanying the medical team in every movement of emulation, professional development and patient service.
