On September 16, information from the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Cao Bang province, the unit just organized a Workshop to improve the effectiveness of the "Digital Education for All" emulation movement in Trade Union levels.
The event was attended by leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Home Affairs, the Digital Transformation and Communication Center, the Provincial Social Insurance, and trade union officials, union members, and workers.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee (MTTQ), Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized the requirement to improve digital capacity for trade union officials and workers when digital transformation increasingly directly impacts work, production, business and life.
At the workshop, representatives of the Center for Digital Transformation and Communication shared about the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in trade union activities, guiding grassroots officials to exploit digital tools to serve work, propaganda and organize movements.
Representatives of the Provincial Social Insurance guide how to use digital platforms related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, helping union members proactively look up and access information about policies.
Four grassroots Trade Unions participated in discussions and shared experiences in implementing "Digital literacy". Delegates focused on discussing digital skills dissemination, AI application and removing difficulties from grassroots reality.
The Labor Federation of Cao Bang province said that it will continue to innovate the way of implementing the movement, linking digital skills with the actual needs of union members and workers.
