On November 24, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the grassroots trade union of Tong Power Quang Binh Company Limited held a Congress of delegates for the second term, 2025-2030 term with the participation of 81 delegates representing trade union groups. Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Phan Thanh Lan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; leaders of the Industrial Park Trade Union; representatives of the Company's Board of Directors and trade union groups.
The grassroots union currently has 512 union members, of which female union members account for 488 people. Over the past term, the Trade Union has implemented many practical activities such as propagating the Party's policies, the Trade Union Resolution; implementing grassroots democracy regulations; ensuring full benefits and benefits for workers.
In addition to salary, workers are supported with 13th month salary and holiday gifts; union visits to sick people and holidays with 640 gifts, a total cost of more than 96 million VND; Mid-Autumn Festival gifts over 50 million VND; Lunar New Year support over 177 million VND.
Social security work is focused on; emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Women who actively study, work, create to build happy families" ... are implemented in a variety of ways, in line with the reality of businesses.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 members. Comrade Cai Viet Hung was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Tong Power Quang Binh Company Limited.
