On the morning of November 22, the Trade Union of Da Lat Urban Services Joint Stock Company (Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province) held the 9th Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress was attended by Ms. Vu Thi Oanh - Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - along with leaders of the Party Committee, Board of Directors and 94 delegates, representing more than 410 union members of the company.
The unit currently has 6 departmental unions with 18 union groups, more than 410 union members and workers. During the past term, the union coordinated with the Board of Directors to create stable jobs for workers, with an average salary of 8.9 million VND/month.
Activities to care for workers are implemented synchronously with 85% or more of union members achieving advanced labor; female union members achieving the title of "Good at public work - Good at housework"; purchasing combined insurance for human resources; periodic health check-ups; equipping protective equipment...
The union also maintains the "H help Each Other overcome Difficulties Fund"; supports loans; cares for sick people, parties; organizes cultural activities, holidays, birthdays, entertainment for workers' children... with a total budget of hundreds of millions of VND.
Thanks to that, the company always completes and exceeds production and business targets, and is rewarded at all levels.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the congress set out directions for the 2025-2030 term, continuing to innovate methods of operation, care for workers and building strong trade unions.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 members and a delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, term 2025-2030.
