Ninh Binh - The grassroots trade union of LCFC Vietnam Co., Ltd. is the first trade union established after the merger of provinces.

The Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) has just organized the announcement and awarding of the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of LCFC Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced and presented the Decision to establish the Trade Union of LCFC Vietnam Co., Ltd. This is the first grassroots trade union established after the merger of the new Ninh Binh province.

At the launching ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the Mobilization Committee for the establishment of the trade union. In the coming time, in order for the company's trade union to operate effectively and perform well the functions and tasks of the trade union organization, the company's trade union executive board needs to closely follow the program and work plan of the superior trade union to develop an effective program and operation plan and organize implementation.

At the same time, the grassroots trade union actively propagates the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, resolutions of higher-level trade unions, the Trade Union Law, the Charter of Vietnam Trade Unions, the role, functions and tasks of trade union organizations as well as the rules and regulations of enterprises to union members and workers... so that workers can see the role and superiority of trade union organizations.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at the company.
