Promoting the right to mastery of union members
On August 1st, the Trade Union of the Center organized the 2026 Dialogue Conference. The Conference is a forum for union members and workers to directly exchange and propose to unit leaders on issues related to regimes, policies, working conditions and activities of the Center.
The conference was co-chaired by Ms. Do Viet Hong - Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the Center and Mr. Dinh Van Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director, Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union.
Attending were Mr. Le Vinh An - Deputy Director of the Center; Trade Union Executive Committee, People's Inspection Committee and all trade union members, officials and employees working at the Center.
Speaking at the opening, leaders of the Da Nang City Trade Promotion and Trade Promotion Center emphasized that dialogue at the workplace is an important content to effectively implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulation, promote the right to mastery of trade union members and workers.
Through dialogue activities, the Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee promptly grasp the thoughts, aspirations, proposals, and recommendations of employees, contributing to creating consensus in the process of performing the unit's tasks.
At the conference, delegates listened to reports on the results of task implementation in the first 6 months of the year, directions for tasks in the last 6 months of 2026; reports on the results of implementing the Democracy Regulation at the grassroots level and the results of coordination between the Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee in caring for the material and spiritual life, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of trade union members, civil servants and employees.
Trade unions promote their role as a bridge
The dialogue atmosphere took place democratically, openly and frankly. Trade union members and workers exchanged many practical contents related to salary regimes, income, welfare benefits; implementation of social insurance, health insurance; working conditions, facilities, equipment serving work; training and fostering to improve professional capacity; evaluating civil servants, emulation, and commendation; promoting digital transformation; organizing cultural, artistic, and sports activities and improving the quality of Trade Union organization activities.
Opinions under authority have been directly answered and clarified by the Center's leaders and professional departments; contents beyond authority are recorded and summarized by the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Board of Directors to report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dinh Van Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union affirmed that the Trade Union Executive Committee will continue to promote the role of a bridge between workers and unit leaders.
The Trade Union will proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members, strengthen coordination with the Party Cell, the Board of Directors and professional departments to promptly resolve petitions, contributing to building a democratic, fair and transparent working environment.
Ms. Do Viet Hong - Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the Center acknowledged the spirit of responsibility and heartfelt opinions of union members and workers. At the same time, she requested specialized departments to continue to review and advise on resolving recommendations under their authority, and strengthen coordination with the Trade Union Executive Committee in monitoring the results of implementing the agreed contents.
The Center's leaders also wished all officials and employees to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and successfully complete the goals and tasks of 2026.
