News from the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son ward, Da Nang city on March 28 said: Implementing the provisions of the law on democracy at the grassroots level, the plan of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the guidance of the Ward Trade Union, grassroots trade unions in Ngu Hanh Son ward have simultaneously coordinated with the government and employers to organize the 2026 Employee Conference.
The Workers' Conference is an annual activity of great significance to promote the right to mastery of workers, creating a forum for union members and workers to participate in contributing opinions to contents directly related to their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
At the conference, units focused on evaluating the results of production and business tasks in 2025; reviewing the implementation of regimes and policies for employees; and at the same time setting out directions and tasks for 2026.
The conference atmosphere was democratic, open, and frank. Workers actively participated in giving opinions on issues such as: salaries, bonuses, working conditions, meals, social insurance, occupational safety and health, and other welfare regimes.
Many practical opinions have been received and answered promptly by business leaders, contributing to consolidating the trust and attachment of employees to the unit.
In addition, the conference also signed a Collective Labor Agreement, launched labor production emulation movements in 2026 with the spirit of "Solidarity - Creativity - Productivity - Efficiency". Many specific targets were set to improve labor productivity, improve income and living standards for workers.
