On October 16, the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited (headquartered in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) announced that it had just organized a Culinary Competition for union members and workers working at SM2 Factory (in Ngai Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City).
Thereby, the Food Competition organized by the grassroots union attracted about 30 teams, each team had 5 union members and workers representing the working groups to participate; cook and present attractive dishes.
The organizing committee scored and awarded prizes to the teams with high scores in the competition. At the same time, the working groups also organized the festival with dishes participating in the contest.
According to the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited, the contest has created a vibrant competitive exchange atmosphere and strengthened solidarity among union members and workers.
Organized to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the contest is also an opportunity to honor the talent and ingenuity of union members in the fields of culture and cuisine; promote the active role of female union members in implementing the movement "Good at work, good at housework".
It is expected that on October 19, the unit will continue to organize a contest among union members and workers at the factory in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
