The Company's Trade Union currently has 120 trade union groups and 24 member grassroots trade unions. In the context of the merger, many new issues arose related to the rights, regimes, work... of workers. Therefore, the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union directly visited the grassroots, organizing open and democratic meetings.
Here, union members' opinions and recommendations are listened to and answered promptly, from policies, working environment, to collective welfare activities.
The special thing is that in these meetings, the Trade Union handled the petition according to the three clear principles, including: Talking about the person in charge, clarifying the time limit for resolution, and clarifying the results of the response. Issues under current regulations are explained on the spot. The contents that need professional coordination (such as teamwork, safety equipment) are fully recorded, with specific response times.
The above close attention not only removes obstacles and strengthens the trust of workers but also affirms the role of accompanying and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the Trade Union organization for workers.
This is a practical and meaningful activity after the unit merged and improved the organization, to listen to and answer the thoughts and aspirations of more than 1,800 union members and workers. In particular, this activity also gives spiritual strength to the workforce.
