On October 1, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed the Prime Minister's decisions approving the election results for the position of 2 Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term.
According to Decision No. 2166/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Gia commune, Quang Ngai province.
In Decision No. 2168/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Do Tam Hien - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Cuong commune, Quang Ngai province.
These decisions take effect from the date of signing and promulgation (October 1, 2025).
Previously, on the afternoon of September 24, the 13th term People's Council of Quang Ngai province, term 2021-2026, held its 4th session (special session).
At the session, delegates elected two Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, Mr. Do Tam Hien - Secretary of the Khanh Cuong Commune Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang - Secretary of the Ba Gia Commune Party Committee.
Mr. Do Tam Hien received 67/67 votes, reaching 100% of the votes. Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang received 67/67 votes, reaching 100% of the votes.
Mr. Do Tam Hien, 44 years old, hometown of An Phu commune, Quang Ngai province; Professional qualifications: Master of Engineering, civil and industrial construction engineer.
Before being elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, Mr. Hien was Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai city (old), Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Management Board, Chairman of the People's Committee of Duc Pho town (old), Secretary of the Duc Pho Town Party Committee (old), Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Cuong commune.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang (47 years old), from Dong Son commune, Quang Ngai province. Qualifications: University of Civil Engineering, Master of Economic Management. Before being elected Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang was the Director of the Department of Construction, Secretary of the Son Tinh District Party Committee (old), Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Gia commune.
