On November 20, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of Nam Sao Seafood Joint Stock Company will organize the 2025-2030 term Congress. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Vo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; representatives of the Industrial Park Trade Union; and company leaders.
The Company's Trade Union currently has 362 union members, of which 338 are female. Employment and life of workers are guaranteed, stable income with an average salary of VND68 million/month; shift meals, overtime, and overtime are paid in a timely manner; social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance are fully implemented according to regulations.
Over the past term, the Company's Trade Union has implemented many practical activities, focusing on taking care of union members' lives. The union has supported and visited 1,275 union members in difficulty and illness with a total amount of more than 210 million VND; at the same time, mobilized contributions to the Trade Union Social Fund to reach 50 million VND. Activities to propagate the Party's policies, legal policies, and implement grassroots democracy regulations have been maintained effectively.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Vo Van Tien acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Company's Trade Union, and at the same time requested the Executive Committee of the new term to continue to promote propaganda on labor law, supervise the implementation of policies, grasp the aspirations of employees and strongly promote emulation movements for good workers and creative workers.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades and elected 1 official delegate and 1 delegate on a deficiency to attend the Provincial Trade Union Congress.
