Article 6 of the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level stipulates the obligations of citizens in implementing democracy at the grassroots level as follows:

1. Comply with the provisions of the law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level.

2. Participate in collecting opinions on the contents given at the grassroots level according to the provisions of this Law and other relevant legal provisions.

3. Comply with the decisions of the community, local authorities, agencies, units and organizations that employ workers.

4. Timely recommend, report and report to competent authorities when detecting violations of the law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level.

5. Respect and ensure social order and safety, the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

Thus, citizens have the above obligations when implementing democracy at the grassroots level.
