On November 20, Mr. Huynh Vinh Lam - Chairman of the Ben Thanh Ward Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City - said that the Ben Thanh Ward Trade Union had just organized a training conference on implementing democracy at the grassroots level.
The training session was attended by about 50 union officials from public service units with grassroots trade unions. The union officials listened to Ms. Nguyen Phan Bao Khuyen - Specialist of the Legal Consulting Center, Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, train on the process of organizing conferences for cadres, civil servants and workers, and dialogue work at enterprises.
At the same time, guide the activities and requirements for the activities of the People's Inspectorate. The union officials were also informed about the difficulties and problems in the process of preparing and organizing the conference.
Through organizing well conferences of cadres, civil servants and employees, dialogue work at enterprises will contribute to implementing democracy at the grassroots level, promoting mastery and improving the quality of governance at agencies and units.
The training aims to implement Joint Plan No. 11/KHLT-UBND-CDP between the Ward People's Committee and the Ben Thanh Ward Trade Union on guiding the organization of conferences for cadres, civil servants and workers.
