The Da Nang City Labor Federation coordinated and supported the Institute for Strategic Research and the Trade Union Labor Magazine to conduct a survey at grassroots unions under the City Labor Federation.
The survey subjects include 1 foreign-invested enterprise and 1 private enterprise.
At the meeting, the survey team collected opinions from workers on contents related to life, employment, income; access, enjoyment and feedback on legal policies, public opinion at enterprises and among workers, public opinion related to trade union activities.
Along with the direct survey at the two enterprises, the City Labor Federation supported the survey team to distribute survey forms to employees and synthesize statistics on the implementation of policies on wages, social insurance, health insurance, housing, etc. for employees in 8 units, including private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, state-owned enterprises, public service units and administrative agencies.
