Localities accompany businesses
Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City has just coordinated with Thu Bon Commune People's Committee, Thu Bon Commune Police to organize a program to sign a coordination plan to implement the "Labor Safety Culture in the Workplace" model in Thu Bon commune in the period 2026–2030.

At the same time, launching a model point "Labor Safety Culture at the Workplace" at the grassroots Trade Union of Phan Ngoc Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd. and propaganda and policy dialogue for union members and workers in 2026.
The activity is organized at Phan Ngoc Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd. to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026; creating highlights in coordination between localities, businesses and trade union organizations.
This is an activity within the management scope of grassroots trade unions of enterprises of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union in Thu Bon commune.
Previously, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union also coordinated with Nam Phuoc Commune Police to organize the announcement of the model "Labor Safety Culture at the Workplace" at the Trade Union of Anh Sang 7 Garment Enterprise.
The fact that Thu Bon Commune People's Committee, Thu Bon Commune Police and Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union have signed a Plan to coordinate the implementation of the "Labor Safety Culture in the Workplace" model for the period 2026–2030 is an important activity.
This activity demonstrates the responsibility of local authorities in accompanying businesses and workers; promoting the role of the Police force in propaganda and guidance on fire and explosion prevention, ensuring security and safety.
The highlight of the program is the synchronous involvement, not deployed separately.
The model is identified in the direction of localities creating conditions, businesses organizing implementation, grassroots trade unions acting as the core force, police guiding safety skills, fire and explosion prevention, ensuring security and order and propaganda on drug prevention and control among workers and laborers; Social insurance accompanies policy propaganda, commune trade unions monitor, support and connect resources.
This approach aims to make the content of labor safety, social safety, labor discipline and awareness of law compliance a regular and orderly task in the production and business process.
Media integration
After the model launching ceremony, there was a program integrating policy propaganda. Reporters from Thu Bon Commune Police propagated and guided skills to ensure labor safety, prevent fires and explosions, and handle initial situations at the workplace.
At the same time, integrating propaganda on drug prevention and control, contributing to building safe and healthy businesses, responding to the policy of building localities that "say no to drugs".

Nam Phuoc grassroots social insurance propagates, dialogues, and answers questions about social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies, helping union members and workers better understand their rights, responsibilities, and related policies.
Along with the activities of signing, launching models and propagating policies, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union integrated to provide support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; awarded "Summer Cooling" products supported by Yakult Vietnam Company and awarded "Trade Union Shelter" support boards to union members facing housing difficulties.
According to Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, the signing of coordination and launch of the pilot model "Labor Safety Culture at the Workplace" is a meaningful activity in Workers' Month 2026, creating a mark of companionship between localities, businesses, Police, Social Insurance and Trade Union organizations.
From the pilot model at Phan Ngoc Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd., a new approach in building a labor safety culture continues to be concretized in the direction of bringing labor safety from regulations to habits, from movements to cultural foundations in enterprises.
Through this, the model not only aims to prevent labor accidents and fires in enterprises but also contributes to building a safe, disciplined working environment, free of drugs and social evils; so that workers can feel secure in working, businesses stabilize production and localities develop sustainably.
