At the conference, the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union approved the decision to admit 15 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union; decided to establish the company's grassroots Trade Union; appointed the Executive Committee consisting of 3 members, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Huong to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union.
Speaking at the announcement conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union, and at the same time requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to quickly stabilize operations, play a good role in representing and protecting the rights and interests of union members, and promptly grasp thoughts and aspirations to coordinate with employers to resolve them.
