News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 14 said: Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union worked with Mr. Doan Ngoc An, representative of Quang Nam Education Development Joint Stock Company and Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thu, representative of Quang Nam Branch of Phuong Trang Passenger Car Joint Stock Company to propagate and mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises.
Quang Nam Education Development Joint Stock Company was established in 2019, currently has 17 employees. Quang Nam Branch Phuong Trang Passenger Car Joint Stock Company was established in early 2015, currently has 39 employees.
At the working sessions, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union exchanged views on the position, role, and functions of the Vietnam Trade Union organization; the rights and interests of workers when participating in the Trade Union organization; and the significance of establishing grassroots trade unions in enterprises.
Thereby, contributing to creating conditions for workers to have representative organizations, to be cared for and protected for their legitimate and lawful rights and interests; and at the same time, work with businesses to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Leaders of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union also exchanged and guided businesses to fulfill their obligation to pay trade union fees according to the provisions of the Trade Union Law and according to the notice of the Da Nang City Labor Federation.
Through working, businesses have received information and exchanged some contents related to the establishment of grassroots trade unions, member development and implementation of trade union funds.
Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union will continue to coordinate and guide businesses in the process of propaganda and mobilization of workers to register to join the Trade Union; complete dossiers and procedures for establishing grassroots trade unions when they meet the conditions according to regulations.
