Da Nang Trade Union develops 11,000 new union members

    Da Nang - The City Labor Federation has developed 11,000 new union members since the beginning of the year.

    News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on September 21 said: Since the beginning of the year, the City Labor Federation has developed 11,000 new union members.

    However, according to Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, the actual increase in union members is only 5,000.

    The reason is that since the beginning of the year, the Da Nang City Labor Federation has lost about 6,000 union members for many different reasons, including the arrangement and merger of the apparatus.

    According to Mr. Le Van Dai, the target of developing new union members assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to Da Nang (including the old Quang Nam) in 2025 is 52,000 union members.
