News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on September 14th said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation organized conferences to announce decisions to admit union members and establish grassroots trade unions at 3 enterprises in industrial parks in the city.
Accordingly, the grassroots Trade Union of Nhat Phong Van Joint Stock Company under Hoa Cam Industrial Park was established with 31 union members; the grassroots Trade Union of Mien Trung Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. under Hoa Khanh Industrial Park with 31 union members; the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Hai Green Joint Stock Company - Quang Nam Branch under Tam Thang Industrial Park with 20 employees were admitted to the Trade Union organization.
At the conferences, representatives of the City Labor Federation presented decisions on admitting union members and announced decisions on establishing grassroots trade unions; and at the same time exchanged and oriented a number of contents for the new Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee to gradually deploy activities, perform well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The establishment of 03 more grassroots trade unions with 82 union members and employees admitted contributes to continuing to expand the Trade Union organization in enterprises, especially in industrial parks; and at the same time creates more conditions for employees to be gathered, cared for and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
