On October 22, information from the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that the unit is continuing to coordinate with the Provincial Social Insurance to organize a conference to disseminate and dialogue on social insurance, health insurance policies and the Trade Union Law for union members and workers.
Accordingly, the program is being implemented in Buon Ma Thuot ward, KCP Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. and Phu Yen Urban Environment Joint Stock Company.
Through the conference, workers will be updated with new legal regulations, better understanding their rights, thereby raising awareness of voluntarily participating in social insurance and health insurance, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
This activity also aims to effectively implement social security policies and sustainably develop the labor force in the province.
This is the opening program for the coordination plan between the two units in 2025 on propaganda, dissemination and dialogue of laws related to workers, laborers and grassroots union officials.
Previously, on October 18, the two units held a similar conference for nearly 400 union members and workers at 6 companies in Hoa Phu Industrial Park.
Here, the reporter disseminated the rights and obligations of workers, guided the procedures for participating, paying and enjoying insurance regimes, and emphasized the role of trade unions in representing, caring for and protecting workers' rights.
