Turning emulation movements into specific values
At Khanh Viet Corporation, the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" is being implemented in association with the specific production and business characteristics of each unit.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duy Lan - representative of the Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation, the unit currently directly manages 13 grassroots trade unions with 3,550 union members.
This is the force directly participating in emulation movements. In which, the focus is on promoting initiatives, technical improvements, rationalizing production, saving raw materials and improving labor productivity.
A noteworthy point is that the movement is not only implemented from the corporation level but is also concretized at each grassroots trade union.
Grasping the specific production and business characteristics of each unit, trade unions proactively coordinate with professional departments to develop appropriate emulation criteria, associated with each stage, line and practical requirements.
Workers are mobilized to participate in improving working processes, optimizing machinery operation, saving raw materials and proposing solutions to improve production efficiency.
As a result in the past period, the entire system recorded 108 initiatives and 571 solutions to rationalize production and business.
The emulation movements brought a total profit of 38,114 million VND to businesses.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duy Lan, grassroots trade unions also play the role of discovering and fostering union members with ideas and initiatives; supporting the completion of dossiers and encouraging workers to continue to promote their creativity.
Over the years, many officials and union members of the Corporation have been awarded Creative Labor Certificates by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
In 2026, the unit will continue to prepare dossiers to request the awarding of Creative Labor Certificates to 6 individuals with works and initiatives that bring economic value to the unit.
When workers benefit from innovation
At Phong Phu Household Textile Joint Stock Company, the Trade Union and businesses also regularly launch emulation programs to encourage workers to improve productivity, quality and work efficiency.
Mr. Bui Trong Vi - CEO of Phong Phu Household Textile Joint Stock Company said that recently, in August 2026, the Company's Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors to launch a movement at the enterprise.
The movement takes place from August to October 2026, creating an atmosphere of emulation among union members and workers.
In the summary results of August, the enterprise awarded prizes to 8 collectives and 68 individuals with outstanding achievements, with a total amount of 254 million VND.
Along with production emulation, the Company's Trade Union also organizes the annual Tree Planting Day. Thereby, contributing to building a green, clean, beautiful and safe working environment.
Currently, the Company's Trade Union is taking care of more than 5,300 green trees inside and outside the premises. In 2025 alone, 2,500 trees will be additionally planted and in 2026, 1,030 trees will continue to be planted.
From the results at the grassroots level, Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, said that the important resource to achieve the growth target is the labor force.
Over the past time, Trade Union levels have implemented many patriotic emulation movements. The focus is "Good labor, high productivity, good income". Many workers have proactively improved working methods, saved raw materials, improved product quality and production efficiency.
According to Mr. Bui Hoai Nam, to improve sustainable labor productivity, it is necessary to shift from the thinking of "launching emulation" to creating an environment for creative labor and benefiting from those own innovations.
