On August 16, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that the unit has just issued a plan to implement the "3 savings" campaign among union members, workers and trade union levels in the 2026-2031 period.

The campaign includes 3 contents: "Saving time and labor"; "Saving energy and resources"; "Saving in spending and shopping".
Through this, the trade union aims to raise awareness of practicing thrift and combating wastefulness, and gradually build a "culture of thrift" among union members and workers.
The Provincial Labor Federation requires linking thrift practice with innovation, technical improvement, digital transformation and the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", contributing to improving labor productivity.

Thereby contributing to improving labor productivity, production and business efficiency, competitiveness of enterprises, agencies, units and contributing to the double-digit economic growth target.
According to the plan, trade union organizations play a core role in propaganda, guidance, and mobilization of union members and workers to use resources effectively; proactively propose initiatives and savings solutions associated with improving labor productivity.
Trade union levels are required to concretize the content of the campaign in accordance with actual conditions, ensuring easy to remember, easy to implement and easy to evaluate.
Units selected practical contents suitable for the production and daily living environment; and at the same time promoted initiatives, good models, and effective practices in thrift practice.
The Provincial Labor Federation also requested to link the campaign with inspection, supervision, preliminary review, summary and commendation work.
Collectives and individuals with typical initiatives, good models, and effective ways of doing things will be promptly detected, commended, honored, and replicated.
Through this, the "3 savings" campaign not only aims to reduce costs and limit wastefulness, but also contributes to forming a scientific working style, improving the efficiency of resource use and creating motivation for union members and workers to emulate to improve productivity in the 2026-2031 period.
