On the afternoon of September 5th, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Han - Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Apache Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. (Long Giang Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc 3 commune, Dong Thap province) said that the CĐCS had just coordinated with the Board of General Directors of Apache Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. to organize a signing ceremony for the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the 2026-2031 period.
Attending were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ); Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial LĐLĐ, Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap; Ms. Desiree Fu - Vice Chairman of Apache Group and more than 200 union members, workers, and laborers.
The company currently has more than 8,400 employees. In recent years, the movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" has been actively responded to by employees. Every year, the Company records more than 500 initiatives and effective ways of working, bringing profit value of more than 10 billion VND. On that basis, the movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" for the period 2026-2031 is being implemented to turn emulation commitments into specific criteria, tasks and results.

After the signing ceremony, the grassroots trade union will concretize the emulation content suitable for each stage and production department. The results are evaluated based on changes in productivity, value that benefits businesses as well as income and welfare of employees.
Collectives and individuals with initiatives, technical improvements, cost-saving solutions and improving production efficiency will be proposed for commendation and reward.
On this occasion, the grassroots trade union awarded scholarships to 17 children of union members in difficult circumstances who overcame difficulties and studied well, with a total value of 11.5 million VND. At the same time, the 2026 Badminton Tournament was opened with more than 70 athletes participating in men's singles, women's singles and mixed doubles events. The tournament creates a healthy playground, helping union members and workers to exchange and strengthen solidarity after working hours. The final match, closing ceremony and award ceremony are scheduled to take place on September 12, 2026.
