With the goal of accompanying the school to contribute to improving the professional capacity of the staff and workers, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities identifies the important task of accompanying, arousing potential and practically supporting union members, especially the team of young staff and lecturers, on the path of professional and academic development.
To realize that goal, the union has listened to the thoughts and practical difficulties of union members as a basis for organizing a series of seminars and training sessions with the topics "right and relevant" to the needs of union members. During the 2023 - 2025 term, the union organized 5 seminars in conjunction with professional activities, supporting union members to improve their skills and qualifications.
These activities have created open and useful academic forums. More importantly, this is an opportunity for each employee, especially young employees, to self-recognize and evaluate the skills that need to be improved such as foreign languages, technology, research methods, etc. From there, each employee can build a suitable and more solid training roadmap on the career path and directly contribute to the overall development of the school.
