In 5 years (2020-2025), the patriotic emulation movement in the education sector has been widely deployed, with positive results, creating motivation for collectives and individuals to strive to excellently complete assigned tasks.
According to the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC), emulation movements are organized by trade unions in a variety of ways, associated with major national, industry and trade union holidays. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the system and the socio-economic development of the country, ensuring the improvement of education quality.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has promoted the role of the Emulation and Reward Council, perfecting the Council according to the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with 6 members, including: 1 President, 2 Vice Presidents, 2 members and 1 secretary representing professional departments. The Council performs well the function of advising the Standing Committee on emulation and reward work; promptly issues annual directives, evaluation contents and criteria, ensuring compliance with regulations.
The appraisal of documents was carried out closely, the titles and forms of commendation were all for the right people and the right work, promptly honoring outstanding collectives and individuals, creating motivation, trust and spreading the patriotic emulation movement throughout the Industry.
The work of honoring and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements is carried out annually, focusing on direct employees. The forms of reward are carried out in a variety of ways, from regular, thematic to ad hoc. Unexpected rewards are applied flexibly and promptly, to encourage spirit and encourage dedication, spreading many good and meaningful actions.
The work of honoring and rewarding at the conference was organized solemnly and practically, thereby replicating advanced models and creating strong competitive momentum in the whole industry.
In the period of 2020 - 2025, the reward results submitted by the Vietnam Education Trade Union to all levels of awards and the issuance of Commendation Decisions have brought many specific achievements.
Regarding State-level awards, 1 collective received the 3rd place Independence Medal; 1 individual received the 3rd place Labor Medal; 1 individual received the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.
At the level of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 3 individuals were awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the General Confederation level; 32 emulation flags of the General Confederation (28 comprehensive flags; 4 thematic flags). Certificates of Merit of the General Confederation: 124 certificates of merit (21 certificates of collective merit; 103 individual certificates of merit).
Vietnam Education Trade Union Level: Emulation flag of Vietnam Education Trade Union: 187 flags (95 comprehensive flags; 92 thematic flags). Certificates of Merit of Vietnam Education Trade Union: 1130 collective certificates of merit (513 comprehensive certificates of merit; 617 specialized certificates of merit); 3,009 individual certificates of merit (911 comprehensive certificates of merit; 2,098 specialized certificates of merit).
