Continue to thoroughly grasp Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", the Party's policies and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws. Continue to promote emulation movements and campaigns among employees, focusing on emulation movements: "Good workers, Creative workers", "Scientific research and technology transfer"; "Innovation, creativity in management, teaching and learning"; "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in the activities of trade union organizations"...
Implement well the Law on Emulation and Commendation and the emulation and commendation regulations of trade union organizations. Applying information technology and digital transformation in emulation and reward work; gradually digitizing reward records, implementing online approval processes, ensuring publicity, transparency, and convenience for grassroots unions.
Innovate content, diversify forms of propaganda, promote coordination with media agencies to spread inspiring images and stories about cadres, union members, and workers in the education sector. Focus on applying modern media such as videos, infographics, and electronic publications to improve reaching efficiency and create widespread spread in society.
Promote the effectiveness of specific movements associated with implementing the task of program innovation and outstanding goals of the industry, while organizing diverse sports activities, sports festivals, cultural and artistic competitions in the emulation bloc, to improve physical and mental health and strengthen solidarity between employees. Emulation movements need to be closely linked to the task of caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; focusing on improving the working environment, improving welfare, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, so that each emulation activity brings practical value to the team of cadres, teachers, and union members.
Focus on discovering, selecting and replicating typical advanced examples, with a focus on honoring direct employees. Organize conferences and forums to promptly honor, commend, and encourage the spirit of dedication, spread good models and effective methods, and create a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the Industry.
Continue to implement timely, fair and transparent rewards, with the motto of focusing on the grassroots, taking direct employees as the center. The reward work will be improved, closely linked to the practical results of the movement, becoming a driving force to encourage and motivate the spirit of striving and creativity, contributing to the successful completion of political and professional tasks in the new period.
