During the 2025 Creative Labor Festival organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) at the Vietnam - Soviet Labor Friendship Cultural Palace (Hanoi) on August 15, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor brought to the exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rising Up" training equipment researched and manufactured by union members and workers.
The two typical initiatives participating in the exhibition are "Practice remote control programming and monitoring" and "Smart storage station digitalization model, application in vocational training", products of the two groups of authors from Quy Nhon College of Technology.

"Remote control and monitoring programming practice" applies IoT technology, allowing learners to program and control remotely, simulating automatic systems in production. Equipment to support teaching of Vi control and PLC modules helps the school save about 500 million VND in shopping costs.
This initiative has won many awards at the provincial and school levels and was awarded the Creative Labor Certificate.
The "Smart Archives Station Digital Model" is designed to supplement vocational training equipment with low operating and maintenance costs, creating excitement for students in practice. The model helps schools save more than 400 million VND; creates conditions for students to access smart system management skills, in line with the requirements of industry 4.0.
Mr. Le Tan Hoa - a member of the group of authors of the initiative "Practice remote control and monitoring programming" - shared: "We hope that these devices will better support vocational training and teaching, helping students feel more confident when entering a real-life working environment".
Before attending the exhibition, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor organized a provincial-level exhibition to attract initiatives from union members and workers, thereby selecting 2 typical initiatives to introduce.
The exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up" is an opportunity for the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor to introduce homemade training equipment, helping to overcome difficulties in vocational training facilities; equip students with practical skills.
These initiatives help learners feel more confident when participating in the labor market, thereby contributing to the goal of increasing the rate of trained workers according to the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.
