On January 28, at the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Culture House (Dien Hong ward), the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) organized the "Skillful Union Members - Keeping the Vietnamese Tet Spirit" contest, with the theme "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Party Gratitude".
The contest aims to promote the work of caring for union members and workers (DV, NLD) on the occasion of the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year: and at the same time create opportunities for DV, NLD to exchange, learn experiences, and understand more about the traditional Tet of the nation.

Thereby, contributing to preserving and promoting folk cultural values, the traditional cultural beauty of the nation through processing, displaying, and introducing cake, jam, fruit, calligraphy products... creating a healthy and useful cultural exchange space and a joyful and excited atmosphere to welcome Tet.
Contested products must show the ingenuity of union members and workers; using natural coloring methods (vegetables, tubers, fruits...) to ensure safety, efficiency, economy and attract a large number of union members and workers to participate.
After a period of exciting emulation, the contest was successful, leaving many impressions with the elaborate investment and high professional quality of the participating teams.

Excellently winning the First Prize is the "Soul of Vietnamese Tet" confederation (including units: Children's Hospital, Pleiku Traditional Medicine & PHARMAcy Hospital, Gia Lai General Hospital, Dong Chanh Thinh Company and Sao Viet School) with a prize of 2 million VND.
Two Second Prizes (each prize of 1.5 million VND) belonged to the An Khe Ward Trade Union and the grassroots Trade Union of Gia Lai College.
Three Third Prizes (each prize 1.2 million VND) are for the confederations: Sac Xuan; Confederation of Printing Company - DakRoSa Hydropower - Trung Kien; and confederation of Nafoods Tay Nguyen - Hung Vuong Hospital - An Phu Ward.
The Consolation Prize (1 million VND each) was awarded to the units: Ia Grai Medical Center, Asia Pacific International School, UKA Gia Lai School and Ayun Pa Ward Trade Union.
In the afternoon of the same day, Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation organized Tet gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances in 6 wards in western Gia Lai province on the occasion of the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
Accordingly, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded 120 gifts (each worth 700,000 VND) to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances; 54 gifts (each worth 2 million VND) to workers suffering from dangerous diseases, occupational diseases, and labor accidents.
