Deploying 4 peak propaganda periods
The Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (GFF) has developed a plan to propagate Party Congresses at all levels towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The activity aims to widely propagate, create unity in the thoughts and actions of union members and workers, while strengthening consensus in society to contribute to the success of organizing the congress; bringing the Party's resolutions into life.
At the same time, they encouraged Vietnamese workers to promote patriotism, revolutionary heroism, " autumnism, confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride"; steadfastly follow the path to socialism; determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term. Thereby, creating an extensive political activity, contributing to building and rectifying the Party and the clean and strong political system; fostering the trust of Vietnamese workers in the path of revolution and national independence.
The plan is implemented through 4 peak periods: From now until the 1st Provincial Party Congress; during and after the Provincial Party Congress; from after the Provincial Party Congress to the 14th National Party Congress; after the end of the 14th National Party Congress.
Encouraging the spirit and solidarity towards the Congress
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor, propaganda work must ensure compliance with the direction of the Party Committee; practical, lively, and focused content, associated with major holidays and important political events of the country and the province in 2025, creating an exciting and favorable atmosphere to successfully organize the congress.
Focus on collecting comments from employees on draft documents of Party Congresses at all levels, documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress; thereby promoting democracy, strengthening solidarity, unity and intelligence of employees.
Propaganda work focuses on praising the example of "good people, good deeds", good models, creative ways of doing things, typical advanced in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and in patriotic emulation movements; encouraging determination and efforts to successfully implement the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.
At the same time, the Trade Unions at all levels proactively fight against and refute plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces, opportunities and dissatisfactions; resolutely protect the Party's ideological foundation, socialist regime and national and ethnic interests. Timely grasp and forecast the ideological and mood of Vietnamese workers before, during and after the congress.
Launching emulation with 7 targets
Towards welcoming Party congresses at all levels, congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) and the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor has launched an emulation movement with 7 specific targets in the entire Trade Union system.
7 targets include: The Provincial Federation of Labor has a project and part of the work to celebrate the Party Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels and the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day; 100% of union members comment on Party congress documents at all levels; 100% of grassroots unions are eligible to establish a Mass Women's Union; 55% of female union members achieve the title of "Good at public work, good at housework"; 37 new collective labor agreements were signed; 200 outstanding union members were introduced to the Party for consideration, fostering and admission; Directing the organization of the Trade Union Congress at all levels and successfully organizing the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union Congress.
Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - said that the Trade Unions at all levels are actively responding to the emulation movement launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province.
"The Provincial Federation of Labor has concretized into 7 practical contents, in line with the actual situation, thereby creating motivation for union members to participate, contributing practically to welcoming Party congresses at all levels, Fatherland Front congresses and celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day" - Mr. Trung emphasized.
