- Sir, what will Gia Lai Trade Union do to build a modern worker team, meeting development requirements in the new period?
- In my opinion, the Provincial Trade Union will continue to promote propaganda and education on the awareness of complying with labor laws and business regulations; building industrial style, labor discipline and professional, responsible, and creative working style in the workforce.
Continue to coordinate with businesses to equip employees with skills in information technology, automation, digital transformation and smart production; encourage the spirit of lifelong learning, self-study, and improve professional qualifications and skills.

At the same time, continue to promote the role of workers in proposing initiatives, technical improvements, improving productivity and work quality; strengthen the commendation, honoring, and replication of typical examples who have made practical contributions to the development of enterprises.
- Taking union members and workers as the center is a xuyên suốt requirement of the new term. How will Gia Lai Trade Union concretize this spirit?
- To put the spirit of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress into practice, Gia Lai Trade Union determines to strongly shift activities to the grassroots level, taking union members and workers as the center with specific tasks that can be measured and evaluated.
First of all, the Trade Union will create a breakthrough in negotiating and signing collective labor agreements in the direction of bringing more benefits to workers in terms of salaries, bonuses, meals and working conditions. At the same time, promote dialogue at the workplace to ensure income and job stability.
The Trade Union will continue to innovate welfare care models in a sustainable direction. In addition to programs such as "Tet Sum vay" (Reunion Tet), "Workers' Month", it will replicate the models "Trade Union Meals", "Thank you to employees" and build the "Digital Welfare" program to expand benefits for union members and workers.

At the same time, promote legal advice and legal support; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers to promptly solve arising problems, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The Trade Union will also innovate emulation movements associated with digital transformation, lifelong learning; coordinate with businesses to support employees in learning, improving skills and adapting to new requirements of the labor market.

- What breakthroughs will Gia Lai Trade Union focus on to improve operational efficiency at the grassroots level?
- After the merger, the area of Gia Lai is wider, the number of union members and workers is distributed in many different areas. That reality requires the Trade Union organization to innovate more strongly in thinking and operating methods in the new term.
The first is to substantially improve the capacity to represent, care for and protect the rights of union members and workers right at the grassroots level. Each grassroots trade union must answer the question: What do workers need? What has the Trade Union done? What are the results?
Second, innovate operating methods in the direction of being close to employees, close to businesses and close to production and business tasks.
Third, build a team of grassroots Trade Union officials with bravery, skills and prestige, capable of representing and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
Fourth, effectively implement the program "3 cares for officials and workers in Gia Lai": Caring for the aspirations of workers, caring for the team of safety and hygiene workers and caring for grassroots trade union officials outside the state sector. Implement the "3 increases" model: Increase negotiation, increase dialogue and increase benefits for UMs.
Fifth, link building strong grassroots trade unions with building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Strong grassroots trade unions make the Trade Union organization strong.
