On the afternoon of August 30, the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, in coordination with relevant agencies, monitored the implementation of policies for workers at Phu Hung Khang Development Company Limited, located in Vat Lai hamlet, Thinh Minh commune, Hoa Binh city.
The unit has 100% foreign investment capital, specializing in the field of high-rise building construction and real estate business. Currently, there are 56 workers, including 13 female workers.
According to the company's report, the highest salary is more than 54 million VND/person/month; the average salary is nearly 12 million VND/month.
The monitoring delegation heard reports from the enterprise on the main features of the unit's operations and policies on compulsory social insurance, labor contracts, working hours, rest hours and salary policies for workers.
At the same time, conduct supervision through records, archived books, and direct communication with workers and laborers.
On behalf of the monitoring delegation, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Chairman of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (Head of the monitoring delegation), highly appreciated the enterprise's compliance with the provisions of the law in implementing policies for employees, such as salary, bonus, non-salary income and payment of other policies; implementation of working time and rest regimes for employees; implementation of insurance regimes for employees, etc.
Besides, there are still some shortcomings that the monitoring team noted, the business has accepted and will implement in the coming time such as supplementing labor regulations in accordance with the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code...
The company representative requested the monitoring team to summarize and report to the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee on the level of difficulty, hoping to soon approve the Phu Hung Khang Urban and Resort Project (in Thinh Minh and Hop Thanh communes, Hoa Binh city), so that the enterprise can implement construction and create more jobs for workers.
