Regarding the work of caring for workers, the trade unions of the units have focused on practical care for the material and spiritual lives of employees in agencies, units and schools; reviewing and proposing welfare allowances, mobilizing all resources to care for employees during Workers' Month and employees when facing difficulties, being sick or hospitalized; supporting contract employees with low salaries...
For Workers' Month 2025 alone, 28 units organized visits and gave gifts to 663 employees in difficult circumstances and serious illnesses with a total amount of nearly 1.4 billion VND; 22 units organized welfare programs organized by the union for 5,023 employees in Workers' Month 2025 with an amount of over 1.2 billion VND.
In addition, the trade unions of the units organize activities to improve cultural and artistic life, sightseeing, tourism, learning about reality, learning experiences... contributing to building the spirit of internal solidarity and consensus in the agency and unit.
As a result, 30 units organized 51 cultural, artistic and sports exchanges, attracting 7,473 employees to participate in the response, contributing to promoting the cultural, artistic and sports movement in units under the Vietnam Education Trade Union.
