In the first 6 months of 2025, the activities of the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union have achieved many outstanding results, demonstrating the proactive spirit, closely following the direction of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Labor Federation and the annual work program.
The unit focuses on developing union members, increasing 2,661 union members, establishing 13 new grassroots unions (CDCS), bringing the total number of affiliated grassroots unions to 63 units with 35,478 union members. There are 137 outstanding union members introduced to the Party for consideration, training and admission.
In the first months of the year, 16 trade unions coordinated with enterprises to organize labor conferences, 47 units organized dialogues, and 3 units signed new collective labor agreements.
Many effective activities were organized by the unit such as: Creative workers, confidently entering the new era; honoring and commending achievements of workers; December dialogue, "Party with workers - Workers with the Party" forum; "Thank you to workers" program; visiting and giving thousands of gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and those who have had work-related accidents...
The Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union reorganized the Trade Union, the unit handed over 62 affiliated Trade Unions, with 35,473 union members to the Binh Phuoc Provincial Labor Federation.
On this occasion, the unit expressed gratitude to the Standing Committee, Executive Committee and full-time Trade Union officials who have been attached to and accompanied the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union. Thereby, contributing to building a strong organization, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
Attending the conference, Mr. Kenneth Chou - Director of New Apparel Far Eastern Company Limited (Vietnam) expressed his gratitude, presented flowers and gifts to the collective of officials of the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union. The activities of the Trade Union have contributed positively to building and developing stable and sustainable enterprises.
According to the Plan, the operation of the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union will be terminated by June 30, 2025 at the latest.
