The first Congress of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union (term 2025-2030) held in December 2025 approved the goal of developing union members in the new period.

In which, especially young workers and highly mobile workers. Thereby, improving transparency and timeliness in propaganda of policies, laws and care and welfare activities for union members.
