Sharing about the operating results in 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Long Sinh Co., Ltd., said that the trade union has proactively surveyed the needs of workers and reviewed the old collective labor agreement.
From there, negotiating and signing a new agreement with 4 beneficial articles and 24 contents, an increase of 6 contents compared to before, contributing to improving working conditions and welfare. Long Sinh Grassroots Trade Union also maintains at least one activity per month to enrich spiritual life and strengthen cohesion in the collective labor.
Trade union activities are recognized by businesses through close coordination in internal communication, building corporate culture, promulgating regulations and rules, and organizing emulation movements.
As an FDI enterprise with more than 5,000 union members, the grassroots trade union of INNOFLOW NT Co., Ltd., although still young, has created a clear mark. In 2025, the trade union ensures that 100% of employees are signed contracts and fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
At the same time, the trade union also closely supervises the implementation of salary, bonus, salary increase, leave and welfare policies.
The Trade Union also organizes many practical playgrounds such as the good tailor contest, the INNOFLOW sports festival, contests honoring the beauty of workers and year-end awards for outstanding workers.
Focus on caring for workers
According to Mr. Nguyen Thai Vu - Vice Chairman of HVS Trade Union, 2026 is a milestone of 30 years of formation and development of the company.
The Trade Union determined to continue to be a reliable support for workers, and at the same time launched creative labor emulation movements associated with production and business tasks.
Regarding Long Sinh Grassroots Trade Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong said that the goal for 2026 is to promote digital transformation in trade union activities; gradually digitize effectiveness assessment work, put trade union tasks into the work stream management system to ensure transparency of responsibility of each Executive Committee member.
