On February 10, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) held the first Conference of the Executive Committee, term I, term 2025–2030.
The conference approved 9 important contents related to working regulations, the full-term action program, the inspection and supervision plan and the direction of tasks for 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that the 1st Khanh Hoa Trade Union Congress, term 2025–2030, elected the Executive Committee consisting of 25 members (2 members absent); the Standing Committee consisting of 9 members; the Inspection Committee consisting of 7 members (2 members absent).
At the first Executive Committee meeting of the term, delegates considered and unanimously approved many important contents such as: Working regulations of the Executive Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation term I; assignment of tasks to Executive Committee members; Full-term working program of the Inspection Committee term 2025–2030.
The conference also voted to approve the report on the results of Trade Union activities in 2025 and key directions and tasks for 2026; Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress; Working Regulations of the Inspection Committee; and inspection and supervision plans of the Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation in 2026.
Notably, the conference approved two action programs to implement breakthroughs in the 2025–2030 term.

In which, focus on promoting comprehensive digital transformation in the trade union system, innovating organizations and operating methods, improving the effectiveness of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. In addition, strengthen collective dialogue and negotiation, focusing on salaries, bonuses, working hours, rest hours and occupational safety and health.
According to Mr. Phan Thanh Liem, 2025 is a special year for the Trade Union organization of Khanh Hoa province in the context of implementing the policy of merging Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces from July 1, 2025.
After the merger, the provincial Labor Federation's apparatus was streamlined to two professional departments including the Trade Union Affairs Committee and the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee, with a total of 24 civil servants.
Currently, the whole province has 91,811 union members out of a total of 113,811 workers, operating in 926 grassroots trade unions.
The large area and reduced number of full-time trade union officials set a requirement that each trade union official must closely follow the grassroots level, promptly grasp the employment situation, life, thoughts, and aspirations of union members and workers. Thereby, continue to promote the role of accompanying and protecting workers in the new period.
