It clearly states the content of property damage and the estimated property damage. On that basis, the Provincial Federation of Labor will take the next steps to support union members to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

According to initial statistics, many workers in Phan Thiet Industrial Park and Ham Kiem Industrial Park were affected by flooding.

These two industrial parks have a large concentration of workers from Ham Thuan, Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Liem communes, and Ham Thang ward. These communes and wards have many areas deeply flooded due to prolonged heavy rain combined with flood discharge from irrigation lakes from October 30 to November 2.

Previously, on October 30, when the irrigation company announced an increase in flood discharge, the Trade Union of Right Rich International Company Limited (Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park) proactively let all workers take an early break from 2:30 p.m. to go home to prevent flooding.

The enterprise still calculates the working days and pays the full salary, showing sharing and accompanying workers in natural disasters.

During the flood days, trade unions of communes and wards in Lam Dong also mobilized social resources, coordinated with local authorities to provide food and necessities to affected people.

After the natural disaster, the trade union organization continues to accompany workers to soon return to normal life and work with peace of mind.
