The grassroots trade union of Matsuoka Phu Tho Company (Phu Ha Industrial Park, Phu Tho province) has just coordinated with business leaders to organize the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program in 2026, attracting the participation of more than 2,000 union members and workers.
Within the framework of the program, many meaningful and practical activities were organized to encourage and motivate the spirit of workers after a year of production efforts. The Organizing Committee honored 280 outstanding workers, recognizing outstanding contributions to the development of the enterprise.
In addition, 44 gifts were given to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 55 million VND; a lucky draw program with 55 prizes, with a total value of over 48 million VND, bringing joy and a bustling atmosphere in the days leading up to Tet.
The company's grassroots trade union also presented 50 more gifts, worth 15 million VND, showing concern and companionship with union members.

In the warm and friendly atmosphere of the program, representatives of the company's Board of Directors sent good Tet wishes to all employees and their families; and announced that from January 1, 2026, the salary of employees at the company will be adjusted to increase by 7.2% compared to 2025.
This is considered a timely source of encouragement, contributing to reducing financial pressure, helping workers feel secure to celebrate Tet fully and peacefully.
Tet Sum vay is not only an occasion to celebrate spring and receive gifts, but also a place for us to clearly feel the concern of businesses and trade unions. The news of wage increases before the New Year makes everyone happy and excited" - Mr. Le Van Nam - a worker at Matsuoka Phu Tho Company expressed.
