On December 29, the grassroots trade union of VoSo Hinge Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) held the grassroots trade union congress for the term 2025-2030.
Ms. Banh Hai Ninh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Phu Tho Industrial Park, in charge of Vinh Phuc area attended and directed the congress.
From May 2025 when it was established until now, the interim trade union has closely followed the direction of the superior trade union, closely coordinated with professional departments, and promoted the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Currently, the grassroots trade union has 95 union members, reaching a rate of 100%, operating in 3 trade union groups.
In particular, the trade union has coordinated to sign and implement Collective Labor Agreements with many clauses beneficial to workers; organize shift meals of 25,000 VND/person/meal; regularly supervise the implementation of regimes and policies on salaries, working hours, rest, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Propaganda and dissemination of labor laws, occupational safety and health, and fire prevention and fighting are implemented synchronously, contributing to raising awareness among union members.
In addition, cultural, artistic, sports, health care and building a green - clean - beautiful working environment activities are organized diversely, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, connecting workers with businesses.
Trade union financial work is managed strictly, publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations.
Stepping into the 2025-2030 term, the grassroots trade union of VoSo Hinge Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) has identified the goal of building a strong trade union organization, innovating the content and methods of operation; improving the quality of negotiation, taking care of welfare, improving working conditions and lives for union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable labor relations and sustainable business development.
