On June 7, the Vietnam Bank Union launched the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" throughout the banking industry.
Speaking in response to the launching ceremony, celebrating the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Bank Union said that this is a very practical movement, which needs to be widely deployed to the grassroots level. For the banking industry, the movement is also an action requirement to create new motivation for officials, union members, and employees throughout the system.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Bank Union and officials, union members, and employees of the Banking sector, I would like to warmly respond to the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and at the same time identify this as a key task, the main emulation movement of the Banking sector Trade Union organization," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung emphasized.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung affirmed that, in order for the movement to spread synchronously, practically and effectively, trade union levels in the Vietnam Bank Union system need to promote propaganda, thoroughly grasp, and implement the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels; link emulation content with political tasks and professional tasks of each agency and unit.
From the call of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Bank Union, the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" is not only a successful emulation to respond to the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress but also a commitment to action of the team of officials, union members, and employees of the banking industry in the new period.
Accordingly, with each initiative being sparked, each process being improved, each unit improving service quality, the movement will become an important driving force for the Banking sector to promote the vital role of the economy, contribute to the goal of improving labor productivity, building a modern, professional, humane working environment and promoting the safe, effective, and sustainable development of the entire sector.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung emphasized that movements must be practical, associated with specific products, avoid slogans and formalities. A notable highlight is the target of striving to have at least 60,000 initiatives and at least 150 initiatives awarded the Creative Labor Medal. This is a measure for the emulation movement not to stop at calls but to transform into results that can be evaluated, recognized and replicated.
