On February 2, according to information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, in 2024, the whole province admitted 6,204 new party members, an increase of 1,107 compared to the previous year, reaching 137.87% of the Congress Resolution target and 104.82% of the target according to Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW.
In particular, the province has newly established 18 Party organizations in enterprises, admitting 214 Party members in enterprises, including 9 business owners.
The Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc has made important contributions to Party building. In 2024, 3 new Party organizations were established in private enterprises and 170 new Party members were admitted.
The above results demonstrate the efforts and determination of Party committees at all levels in consolidating and developing Party organizations in the business sector, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of Nghe An province.
Together with the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, in 2024, Nghe An Provincial Trade Union actively participated in Party building work, especially focusing on introducing outstanding workers to join the Communist Party of Vietnam.
According to information from the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2024, trade unions at all levels regularly discovered, trained, and promoted the role of outstanding and promising union members, prepared union cadres, and introduced them to the Party for consideration and admission. As a result, trade unions at all levels in the province introduced 3,059 people to the Party organization for consideration and admission (reaching 104%).
This is one of the outstanding activities of Nghe An Trade Union in 2024, demonstrating the important role of trade union organizations in Party building and development.
According to Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation Kha Van Tam, the development of Party organizations in enterprises and the introduction of outstanding individuals into the Party by the Trade Union in Nghe An in 2024 not only has political significance but also has a positive impact on socio-economic development.
This is an important solution to help businesses develop sustainably, create a healthy working environment, enhance corporate social responsibility and ensure the legitimate rights of employees.
In 2025, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor determined the theme of activities: "Focus on developing union members; participate in building a clean and strong Party".
Trade Union organizations at all levels have increased their participation in building a clean and strong Party and government; paid attention to implementing the work of supervision, social criticism, and giving opinions on Party and government building according to Decision No. 217-QD/TW, Decision No. 218-QD/TW, dated December 12, 2013 of the Politburo (11th tenure); focused on introducing outstanding union members for the Party to train and consider for admission.
