At that time, a car carrying about 20 teachers and students from Tay Hieu Primary School (Thai Hoa town, Nghe An) was traveling in the North - South direction, when it reached the section near Dien Chau rest stop (Dien Chau district), it was hit by a truck.

Information from Dien Chau District General Hospital (Nghe An) said that the hospital is urgently treating many teachers and students who had traffic accidents due to overturned passenger buses on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot Expressway.
The leader of Dien Chau General Hospital informed that the hospital had received 6 students and 2 teachers. The students were hospitalized with only minor injuries. The two teachers, one with a traumatic brain injury and the other with multiple injuries and broken bones, were transferred to the upper level for emergency care.
Currently, the authorities are investigating the accident and coordinating with hospitals to urgently treat the victims.
