Honoring outstanding workers
Mr. Duong Hoang Dung (born in 1988, equipment maintenance staff at Innovation Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd.) - is one of the typical examples of workers who have just been commended by the Trade Union of Dong Nam Nghe An Economic Zone in this year's Workers' Month for their technical initiatives that have brought clear efficiency to businesses.
With a high sense of responsibility and creative thinking, Mr. Dung has realized two technical improvement initiatives, contributing to saving a total of VND 500 million for the company. One of the outstanding initiatives is to take advantage of scrap steel from the boxes to produce tools, tools and products for production. This solution helps reduce the cost of buying steel supplies, and effectively takes advantage of the available scrap source instead of wasting. This initiative brings about VND 200 million economic efficiency, while improving the flexibility in production thanks to the tools and tools designed to suit the actual needs. In addition, Mr. Dung also proposed to take advantage of the existing manpower in the company to directly participate in the installation of factory items, instead of hiring subcontractors as before. Thanks to this initiative, the equipment department has actively processed and installed, saving an additional VND 300 million for outsourcing costs for businesses.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Nguyen (born in 1984), a maintenance staff at Minh Anh Kim Lien Garment Joint Stock Company, also left his mark with many useful initiatives. The "right order" initiative helps simplify operations for workers, taking the time to complete each product from 240 seconds to 24 seconds, saving 216 seconds/product, earning a profit of 60.36 million VND/ reship code. In addition, the initiative of "putting finished goods in plastic bags" by using automatic steam to open bags instead of traditional hand operations not only reduces labor time but also ensures consistency and accuracy, making a profit of about 41.55 million VND/ country code.
Another improvement of Mr. Nguyen is open-minded TT + parade Moi programming solution - a technical solution that helps combine three separate sewing stages into a seamless machine- Programming operation chain (LT), saving more than 47 million VND// code.
During Workers' Month 2025, the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union honored and rewarded 38 workers and 12 union officials. They are those who dare to think, dare to do, do successfully, and contribute to the development of businesses and trade unions.

Also on this occasion, Nghe An Education Trade Union honored 135 "Outstanding Nghe An Teachers Following Uncle Ho's teachings" in 2025. These are teachers with good qualities, ethics, high sense of responsibility in work, proactiveness, creativity, and many new initiatives and ideas that are effectively applied in the implementation of education and training tasks - Dr. Dang Van Hai, Chairman of Nghe An Education Trade Union said.
135 workers, civil servants and laborers in Vinh City were honored during Workers' Month 2025 as exemplary examples of "Following Uncle Ho's words". Each individual is an inspiring story - some people diligently research and improve techniques to help businesses save hundreds of millions of VND, some have been with the company for more than 10 years, serving as a " bridge" between the union and the workers.
According to Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor Kha Van Tam, the annual Workers' Month is not only an opportunity to care for the lives of workers but also an opportunity to honor shining examples, spread initiatives, efforts, and contributions of union members and workers in the whole province - practically studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.
