    This project is part of the plan to adjust and supplement the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hai Ba Trung District. Specifically, in Decision No. 2509/QD-UBND, approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 29/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025, the planning area will include 4 works and projects with a total area of about 3.2764 hectares.
