Responding to the peak period of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in 2025 launched by Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, on October 6, Nghia Lo Ward Labor Union held a working session and promoted and mobilized V-EPRO YB Company Limited in Cat Thinh Commune to participate in the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the meeting, Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Chairwoman of Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union - informed business leaders and workers about the role, rights and responsibilities of the trade union organization; emphasized the significance of building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
The trade union is not only a bridge between workers and business owners but also a legal and spiritual support, helping workers feel secure in their work, stay with the company for a long time, contributing to sustainable production and business development, Ms. Vuong Thi Anh emphasized.
In addition to propaganda work, on this occasion, the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union presented 30 gifts to workers of V-EPRO YB Company Limited.
Although small, the gifts show the affection, care and sharing of the trade union organization for workers, especially in the context of many difficulties in living expenses.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, the representative of V-EPRO YB Company Limited expressed his deep gratitude to the local trade union organization for its timely attention and encouragement to workers; at the same time, committed to coordinating and creating favorable conditions to move towards establishing a grassroots trade union organization in the coming time.
