Thanks to the Trade Union of Company 19.5 (Department H08, People's Public Security Trade Union) launching the emulation campaign, the A80 service work has reached the finish line on schedule, affirming the production capacity and sense of responsibility of the unit's staff and employees.
Not afraid to work overtime, not taking a day off
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Dung is a worker in Group 2, Garment factory, Chien Thang Branch - Company 19.5. Ms. Dung has been with the company for 19 years.
Ms. Dung's house in Hoai Duc commune, 16km from the company. During the days of participating in the production of a large quantity of military equipment and A80 service equipment, Ms. Dung did not hesitate to work overtime and did not take any days off.
I am very happy and honored to be involved in this special order. I believe that this is an opportunity to demonstrate my capacity and contribute to the common work of the company, Ms. Dung shared.
According to Ms. Dung, since taking up the task, the company's Trade Union has launched a labor emulation movement to successfully complete the A80 task, thanks to which the working atmosphere is very vibrant and exciting.
Compared to normal orders, A80 orders have more special fabric requirements. The biggest difficulty is the urgent, schedule delivery time, requiring workers to work at high intensity and needing absolute accuracy in each needle line to ensure quality.
Sharing the same pride, Ms. Do Thi Thu Trang - a worker in Group 5, Garment factory, Chien Thang Branch - Company 19.5 - said that her house is in Dinh Cong ward (Hanoi), 17km from the company, but since the order to serve A80, she has been working regularly, ensuring overtime according to the launch of the grassroots union.
I feel honored and proud of my country to contribute a small part to the production of military equipment for the A80. During the production process, the company's leaders always cared about, encouraged and motivated; the union launched an emulation movement so that all union members, workers and laborers united to successfully complete all assigned tasks, fully meeting the schedule to serve A80", Ms. Trang said.
"We work overtime and overtime to keep production on schedule, but everyone tries, is happy and proud to have a small contribution to the important festival of the country," Ms. Trang said emotionally.
A determined to complete the task
Talking to reporters, Mr. Le Van Quyet - Chairman of the Trade Union of 19.5 Company - said that since the beginning of 2025, the company has been trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to be responsible for the production of a large volume of military equipment and equipment for the A80.
Determining this as a special task, of political, ritualistic and image of the People's Public Security, Party Committee, and company leaders have directed functional departments to production units to concentrate all their forces, regardless of day or night, to complete the task to ensure the fastest, most accurate and best quality disbursement progress.
"The military equipment products are tailored and manufactured to ensure standards in design, color, and size, demonstrating the solemnity, unity, and prestige of the People's Public Security force in the parade and parade formation. The production process was implemented urgently, on schedule, and many strict quality control rounds were carried out to ensure beauty - durability - standards, said Mr. Quyet.
On the part of the grassroots trade union, it has launched an emulation movement to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays of the Party, the State and the industry in 2025, focusing on the emulation movement of labor production and military uniforms to serve the A80. According to Mr. Quyet, during the peak production period, over 1,000 union members and workers of the company in all 3 regions are highly focused on important tasks, many groups of workers have to work overtime until 9pm every day.
"As a result, by August 15, 2025, all military equipment has been fully and on time, contributing significantly to the overall success of A80, affirming the production capacity, sense of responsibility and pride of the unit's staff and workers in serving the political tasks of the People's Public Security Forces," said Mr. Quyet.
