100% of officers and employees are ready for duty
Mr. Ngo Quang Long is currently the Head of Infrastructure Department - Information Operations Center, VNPT Hanoi (Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union).
Mr. Long said that the Director of the Center assigned him the task of directly implementing and being responsible for the progress and quality of all tasks related to the service of the 80th Anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A80), from planning, personnel arrangement, tool preparation, supply of materials, means... In addition, he must be directly present at the scene to grasp the work, immediately remove obstacles if they arise during the installation of mobile equipment.

Our task is to optimize, install additional equipment, and upgrade equipment for existing mobile broadcasting stations, focusing on crowded areas to watch parades and parades. Install broadcasting, add mobile broadcasting stations, and live broadcasting at high speeds to serve people, ensuring no network congestion, smooth experience, but the quality of listening, phone calling, and SMS services is still guaranteed, said Mr. Long.
According to Mr. Long, 100% of the Center's staff and employees are arranged to work to ensure a duty schedule, each battlefield broadcasting station and mobile station has personnel in charge 24/7 ready to perform rescue and incident handling tasks...
Realizing the great importance and significance of serving people during the A80 holiday, from the beginning of 2025, we have made plans, scenarios, calculated the workload, the number of equipment that need to be upgraded optimally, added new broadcasting stations, materials, and resources, to have the best preparation for the grand service, said Mr. Long.
Agencies, unions, families accompany
Mr. Long shared that during the performance of their duties, he and his colleagues always received attention and close guidance from the Center's Board of Directors and superiors.

In particular, during the most difficult and arduous period when Hanoi was in the heat at its peak, the Center Director and the Chairman of the Center's Trade Union directly went to the scene to distribute drinking water, give thermal bottles, and give gifts of encouragement to staff who were installing equipment.
Most motivating, according to Mr. Long, during the peak period, when there was a lot of work and time to complete quickly, employees were mobilized and encouraged to work to the maximum, working overtime, even working all night to upgrade and optimize the network. Many of them work on holidays, so they will have few family members.
"However, not only me, many colleagues have also received valuable support from their families. Many cadres, when their husbands and children learned that their relatives were performing A80 service, were very proud, constantly encouraging and motivating them. The children even asked their parents where they were working to visit, bring drinking water and fruit to support their relatives and colleagues, Mr. Long said emotionally.
Sharing his feelings when being served at the A80 project, Mr. Long said that this is a historic event of the whole country, it took a long time to have the opportunity to be served during a big, large-scale, and influential holiday at home and abroad, attracting a large number of customers, subscribers, and people to directly gather in Hanoi.
